Katie Schidbauer (2001-2005) – “I remember in 8th grade coming over to the high school to play with the band for a football game, I didn’t think I could ever do it.  I remember watching Kim up on the podium and thinking how awesome that was.  I can’t believe that five years later I am looking back having had the privilege of being drum major for the Sound of Pride, with my heart full of amazing memories…it was by far the best experience and I will never forget it.  Thank you everyone who was a part of it, and for current and future members, enjoy every states trip, parade, football game, bus ride, competition and rehearsal.”  (5/18/2006)

Andrea Cann (2001-2005) – “Gatlinburg in my freshman year was awesome!  I had a blast even though we got last place in competition… lol.  The states trips were really fun.  Overall I met a lot of people and have a great initiation into highschool, band was an enormous part of my life, and a memory I will never forget!!” (7-27-2005)
